Standard Orders: For India, please allow 3-5 business days transit time. In Delhi/NCR we are doing same-day delivery. depending on the destination.
Shipping Rates: Free of cost across India.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY INFORMATION
Returns: If you have an item that you wish to return, please write to us on our Contact Us page or call (+91) 9971076395 within 30 days of receipt to receive a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Please contact us prior to returning your products. WE CAN NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER. We don't issue credit for items returned without an RMA number. number. We don't cover the costs of return shipping charges unless due to company error. If you want to receive full credit, the Product must be unopened in its original packaging and in a resalable condition. For orders placed between Thanksgiving Day and December 25th, we will accept returns through January 31st of the following year.
Tea Exchanges: Tea and India will gladly exchange any unopened product for a product of comparable value within 30 days of receipt. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs due to company error. You must email us at teaandindia@gmail or call (+91) 9971076395 for an RMA number.
Accessory Warranty: All Tea and India accessories carry a limited one-year warranty on manufacturer defects. Please retain purchase receipts for your records. For third-party products not produced by Tea and India, please see the specific manufacturer warranty (usually located on the product box) for specific terms and conditions.
